The article discusses the relevance of the problem of the formation of the axiosphere of the personality of the future teacher of preschool education. The problem field of determining the content of the axiosphere of the personality of the future teacher of preschool education and the means of its formation in the educational process of a higher education institution is indicated. The essence of the concepts of “axiosphere of personality” and “axiosphere of personality of the future teacher of preschool education” as the area of value attitude of a person to the world is revealed. Socio-cultural factors of the formation of the axiosphere of the personality of the future teacher of preschool education are singled out. Approaches to determining value orientations in the structure of the axiosphere of the future preschool teacher are analyzed. The content of value orientations in the structure of the axiosphere of the future teacher of preschool education is presented: social, professional, personal. The components of the axiosphere of the personality of the future teacher of preschool education are considered and characterized: cognitive, emotive, behavioral and reflexive. The essence of the axiologization of the content of the educational process as a means of forming the axiosphere of the future teacher of preschool education is revealed on the example of the implementation of the special course “Axiological foundations of the profession of a preschool teacher”. The role of the teacher’s partner position as a carrier and translator of educational values is substantiated.
