As a result of the progress of new technologies, a variety of topics in management have become relevant, including "digital talent management." Because of the impact of these technologies, it is vital to do an extensive bibliometric study on digital talent management with collection of all relevant data. This research will contribute to the development of scientific knowledge by giving light on the evolution and paths of relevant research that has taken place and is being undertaken. Researchers examined the data using the VOS viewer software. These have been used to create and analyze Scopus databases that include consistent information. The bibliometric analysis identified Ninety Scopus articles published between 2005 and 2023. They highlight the most relevant articles, research topics, nations, institutions, authors, publications, and current trends. In conclusion, the number of publications has grown during the previous decade. The study demonstrates the advancement in digitalization in this article on digital talent management. The study of this time might represent the historical segment of digital talent management, allowing the current issue to be used in a variety of ways.
