The paper emphasizes the crucial role of economics and management laboratories in enhancing talent cultivation quality, fostering application-oriented talent and promoting institutional transformation. Through an analysis of the primary issues facing current laboratory construction, this paper proposes a series of innovative development ideas. These suggestions aim to provide feasible solutions for the construction of economics and management laboratories in local undergraduate institutions, with the goal of cultivating more high-quality, application-oriented talents adaptable to modern economic management demands.
