The mass media plays a major role in shaping public opinion and the image of social groups, including the Muslim community, which is often portrayed in an unbalanced manner. News that highlights conflicts or negative issues often gives rise to detrimental stereotypes, so that the Muslim community needs to take an active role as an agent of change. The method used in this study is qualitative. The results of this study are that the Muslim community has a strategic role as an agent of change in building a positive image in the media by actively managing narratives, producing constructive content, and engaging in public dialogue spaces. However, these efforts are not free from various challenges, such as negative stereotypes, media bias, limited resources, and internal fragmentation that hinders message consistency. However, the use of technology and digital media opens up great opportunities to overcome these obstacles through content creativity, strengthening virtual communities, social campaigns, and collaboration across generations and sectors. With an adaptive, inclusive, and data-based approach, the Muslim community is able to strengthen their image globally and build fairer and more representative communication in the information age.
