This research aims to analyze the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies and their impact on corporate outcomes. The study employs a case study design to gain a deeper comprehension of the implementation of CSR strategies and their impacts on company outcomes. A qualitative approach is utilized in this research, incorporating both secondary and primary data sources. Primary data was gathered by conducting interviews with both internal and external stakeholders who play a direct role in the execution of CSR. The results of the study suggest that by giving priority to programs and initiatives focused on education and training, healthcare enhancement, public infrastructure, places of worship, technological support, childcare facilities, community empowerment, and environmental conservation, companies can enhance their performance, gain a competitive edge, and bolster their reputation.
