Against the backdrop of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, enhancing the rural humanistic environment is crucial. This study employs literature analysis, case - studies, and statistical processing to explore measures for improving rural residents' living conditions.Rural revitalization spans multiple dimensions (industry, ecology, rural customs, governance, and life), which can mutually strengthen the humanistic environment. However, rural areas currently face issues like incomplete infrastructure, pollution, and regional disparities. Insufficient funds and farmers' weak environmental awareness hinder improvement efforts. The study proposes a three - dimensional improvement system (facilities, ecology, and culture), including infrastructure upgrades, ecological - industrial integration, and inheritance of public services and culture. Its feasibility is verified by cases of Yucun in Anji, Zhejiang, and Erlin Town in Yulin, Shaanxi, which feature government - villager cooperation and market - oriented operations. Establishing mechanisms for financial support, technical assistance, and villager participation is beneficial for long - term improvement.Looking ahead, digital governance and low - carbon technology applications will comprehensively promote the rural humanistic environment to reach the 2035 standards, laying the groundwork for rural revitalization.
