This study focuses on the intrinsic connection between the digital literacy of college teachers and teaching innovation, analyzing the current issues such as insufficient technical application skills, weak integration of digital resources, and a lack of innovative awareness among college teachers. It systematically explores the significant impact of enhancing teachers' digital literacy on teaching innovation from various dimensions, including the renewal of teaching philosophies, the restructuring of teaching content, the optimization of teaching methods, and the improvement of teaching evaluation. Additionally, it proposes targeted measures to enhance digital skills training, establish incentive mechanisms, improve resource platforms, and foster an innovative culture, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for colleges to promote teaching innovation and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
