Driven by policy support and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, TCM diagnostics has made significant progress in theoretical inno-vation, technology application and standardization construction. This study sorts out the application status of artificial intelligence technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, including the application of expert sys-tems in intelligent syndrome differentiation, image diagnosis and observation technology, natural language processing and consultation technology, and the application of sensors and intelligent hardware in smelling and incision. Aiming at the applicability of AI in the field of TCM diagnosis, this paper proposes tech-nical paths such as data processing and feature extraction, model optimization and algorithm improvement, multimodal information fusion and diagnostic de-cision-making. The application of AI-based four-diagnosis fusion technology realizes the systematic integration and in-depth mining of traditional Chinese medicine four-diagnosis information, and improves the objectivity and accuracy of TCM diagnosis through multi-modal data collection and intelligent analysis. The study also verifies the feasibility of the four-diagnosis fusion technology in improving the objectivity of TCM diagnosis through typical case analysis, and looks forward to future research directions, including the construction of knowledge system, the research and development of TCM collaborative diagno-sis system, the cross-application of emerging technologies, and clinical transla-tion research, etc., providing an implementation path with both technical feasi-bility and ethical reliability for the intelligent development of TCM.
