Abstract Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that most commonly arises in the lung or soft tissues, predominantly affecting children and young adults (Lange, Cancer Manag Res 28:193-196,2025). This report discusses a 27-year-old male diagnosed with right endobronchial IMT . The case highlights clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, treatment, and follow-up.
