The article is devoted to the analysis of the state program "National Spatial Data System", approved in 2021 and designed to be implemented until 2030. The article discusses the main problems associated with the fragmentation of real estate data, the lack of a unified geo-platform and low efficiency of land use. Special attention is paid to the objectives of the program, including improving the quality of public services, creating digital geospatial support and ensuring the completeness of data in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). Examples of the program's implementation at the regional level, in particular in the Republic of Bashkortostan, are given, as well as legislative changes and practical measures aimed at solving the identified problems.
