This study aims to encourage educators to apply varied learning models in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the use of diverse learning models has a positive impact on improving students' learning outcomes in PAI for grades X, XI, and XII. Educators successfully created a comfortable and motivating learning environment, making students more enthusiastic and less bored during lessons. Moreover, the use of varied teaching methods facilitated students’ understanding of the material. This is evidenced by the improvement in student grades, which surpassed the average during the semester evaluations. In conclusion, the implementation of varied learning models in PAI has proven effective in enhancing both student achievement and engagement. This research contributes significantly to the development of instructional strategies for Islamic Religious Education in vocational high schools.
