This article explores the transformative judicial reforms implemented in Uzbekistan as part of a broader national agenda aimed at strengthening the rule of law, ensuring judicial independence, and enhancing access to justice. The study analyzes key legislative and institutional measures taken since the adoption of the Action Strategy on Five Priority Areas of Development (20172021) and the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan (20222026). Special attention is given to the modernization of court infrastructure, the introduction of e-justice mechanisms, and the implementation of international standards in judicial ethics and transparency. The reforms mark a decisive shift towards a citizen-oriented judicial system that promotes accountability, efficiency, and fairness in legal proceedings. The paper concludes by evaluating the achievements and identifying ongoing challenges that require further policy attention
