This research aims to develop strategies for improving tourism facilities in Tembuku Village, Bangli Regency, Bali, using a SWOT analysis approach, with an emphasis on enhancing tourism attractiveness and ensuring sustainable development. A qualitative method was applied, employing data collection techniques such as field observations, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, and document analysis. Despite possessing abundant natural and cultural potential, tourist visits to Tembuku Village remain relatively low compared to other destinations in Bali. The study identifies key factors influencing the attractiveness of the village, particularly the readiness of Human Resources (HR), Natural Resources (NR), and Cultural Resources (CR) to support its development as a tourism village. The findings reveal notable strengths, including captivating natural scenery and a strong cultural heritage, yet weaknesses persist in terms of limited promotion and inadequate supporting facilities. Opportunities for development lie in collaborative efforts with government bodies and private stakeholders, as well as creating integrated and appealing tourism packages. This research offers strategic recommendations for enhancing tourism facilities, building local human resource capacity, and fostering active community involvement in environmental conservation and economic improvement. The results are expected to contribute theoretically to the discourse on sustainable tourism and provide practical guidelines for effective tourism management in Tembuku Village.
