Artificial Inteligence has been developed as a means to satisfy humanity's needs to simplify and facilitate daily tasks, a need which has been observed since Ancient times. AI is a response to the great data volume currently generated. Its use is embedded in people's daily lives, often in an imperceptible way. However, its implementation faces significant challenges, especially in legal practices—both within the judiciary and the legal profession—and in consumer relations. Current legislation faces major difficulties in keeping up with this evolution, particularly in ensuring transparency and protecting personal data.
