This study analyzed comparative education across various countries. The study is conducted using a comparative qualitative approach based on the secondary analysis data collected from different continents of the world, such as Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Antarctica. By comparative qualitative policy, practice and program analysis, this study illuminates how education addresses systematic inequalities, empowers marginalized communities and fosters inclusive and equitable learning environments. In Asia, critical pedagogy, equitable resource allocation, and culturally responsive teaching are a priority. North America is prioritizing the empowerment of the marginalized through participatory pedagogy and structural-level policy reforms, while South America encompasses legacy inequalities and moves towards a transformation centered on participatory pedagogy and anti-discrimination law. Europe prioritizes inclusive pedagogy, participatory democracy, and curriculum reform but still encompasses inequalities along socio-economic status and minority group representation.
