Women entrepreneurship has emerged as a powerful driver of inclusive economic growth, yet many women-led ventures continue to face barriers such as limited access to resources, market networks, and technological support. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has begun to reshape the entrepreneurial landscape by offering data-driven insights, process automation, and innovative business solutions. This paper explores how AI technologies can empower women entrepreneurs by enhancing decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and enabling market expansion. Drawing from recent case studies and industry trends, the research highlights AI-driven tools such as predictive analytics, digital marketing automation, customer sentiment analysis, and AI-powered financial services that are helping women-led enterprises thrive. The paper also examines the challenges women entrepreneurs encounter in adopting AI, including digital skill gaps, ethical concerns, and resource constraints. By presenting both opportunities and limitations, the study aims to provide a balanced understanding of AI’s role in fostering innovation and competitiveness among women entrepreneurs. The findings underscore the need for targeted policy interventions, capacity-building programs, and collaborative ecosystems to ensure that AI adoption becomes a sustainable and inclusive force in women’s entrepreneurship.
