The article analyzes the feasibility and significance of implementing HR analytics to enhance the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in the IT industry. It emphasizes that in the high-tech and dynamic environment of the IT sector, human resources are a key strategic asset that largely determines a company’s competitiveness. It is established that HR analytics enables IT companies to manage human resources more efficiently, optimize costs, reduce employee turnover, increase productivity, and improve employee engagement. The study highlights that the choice of HR analytics tools should align with the specific features, business goals, and organizational culture of the IT company. It is concluded that the effective use of HR analytics supports the adoption of well-founded strategic decisions, strengthens the company’s adaptability to change, and ensures its sustainable development.
