Technology has transformed education by making it accessible, inclusive, and equitable, especially for women who have had limited access to education in the past. The impact of technology in promoting inclusive education for women is the subject of this research paper, including how it mitigates gender inequality, improves learning opportunities, and advances digital literacy. The research draws on a qualitative framework, examining scholarly papers, case studies, and empirical evidence of the contribution of digital tools, online learning platforms, and assistive technologies to empowering women through education. Empirical findings show that technology-enabled learning is more accessible, flexible, and engaging for women in marginalized communities. Nevertheless, obstacles in the form of the digital divide, insufficient infrastructure, and socio-cultural barriers remain to hinder complete inclusion. This paper concludes by providing policy recommendations for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders to use technology in an effective manner to close the gender gap in education. The study also emphasizes the potential of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and blockchain technology to create sustainable, inclusive learning spaces. Longitudinal studies evaluating the long-term effect of digital interventions on women's education are recommended for future research
