Sophisticated emotions such as joy and sadness results from listening music. Music of different type induce a large numbers of emotions, a particular mental class experiences called feelings. Usually feelings are normally enjoyable but it is not necessary. In patients with the focal neurological disorder as well as in normal peoples, electrophysiological and neuroimaging studies, shows the result that state of the neural systems of the human brain can changed on large-scale by Music. Dermis, left hemisphere and right hemisphere of the Cerebellum showed relatively more activity during musical condition. The brain sectors which is related to motor processing and auditory are not just associated to these changes but; alters the state “homeostasis” a regulation processes regions related life, it is also include those related to our emotions and feelings, especially in the cingulate cortices and insula, mostly included ventral striatum, amygdala, and inmost upper brain parts specially nuclei of the brainstem. Some finding also suggested that music can also evoke emotions on specific heart functioning, and can change activity of the heart i.e. breathing and blood pressure. Approximately there are 100 researches of neuroimaging which shows the results that music can activate most of the human brain networks also give performance and respond while listening music. This paper is about how music activate or evoke human brain or induces deferent kinds of feelings and emotions.
