Theoretical Approaches to The Formation of The Political Image of The Civil Service in Foreign Countries and Uzbekistan

Based on the experiences of European countries (United Kingdom, Germany, France) and Eastern nations (Turkey, Japan, Singapore), it analyzes approaches to personnel policy and public relations. The article also explores the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan's civil service, the stages of political image formation, and theoretical approaches to increasing the attractiveness of public service careers.
