On the Issue of Modern Trends in Normative Legal Regulation in the Field of State Industrial Policy

The article analyzes current trends in the regulatory legal regulation of the industrial policy of the Russian Federation. The key aspects of legislative development are considered, including updates to the law on industrial policy, the creation of state support mechanisms, as well as new digital control tools. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of industrial policy to economic conditions, including the legalization of parallel imports and the development of international cooperation. Strategic initiatives are also being considered to enhance the country's industrial sovereignty, strengthen technological independence and maintain competitiveness in the international arena.
