Abstract Work-life balance (WLB) is a cornerstone of sustainable organizational development and employee well-being. This revised study offers a more in-depth and structured examination of the interplay between work-life balance and employee productivity, focusing on mental health, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational outcomes. Drawing from multidisciplinary literature and recent empirical findings, the paper argues for the strategic integration of WLB practices into organizational frameworks. Companies that foster a culture of balance reap benefits, including reduced burnout, improved job satisfaction, and increased workforce efficiency. This paper expands the original analytical-descriptive approach and incorporates contemporary insights to offer a forward-looking perspective on fostering work-life harmony.
