A correction has been made to the section Methods, Immunohistochemistry for Ki67, page 05 in the PDF version:"Remove following text: Immunohistochemistry for Ki67 Paraffin-embedded tumor tissue sections were deparaffinized in xylene and rehydrated through a graded ethanol series. Antigen retrieval was performed by heating the sections in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) at 95°C for 10 minutes. After cooling, sections were incubated with 3% hydrogen peroxide for 10 minutes to block endogenous peroxidase activity. The sections were then blocked with 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature and incubated overnight at 4°C with a primary antibody against Ki67. After washing, sections were incubated with a secondary antibody conjugated to HRP for 1 hour at room temperature. Color development was achieved using DAB, and sections were counterstained with hematoxylin.
