Under the background of new engineering, software engineering majors in colleges and universities are facing the challenge of transforming the talent training model. This paper takes the course JavaEE Framework Technology as the object, combines the concept of OBE (Outcome-Oriented Education), and constructs a teaching reform system with student ability achievement as the core. Systematic practice is carried out from the aspects of reverse design of course objectives, project-based reorganization of course content, hybrid reform of teaching methods, and optimization of process evaluation system. During the implementation of the project, online and offline integrated teaching resources are built, and a full-process and traceable ability evaluation mechanism is constructed, which significantly improves students' hands-on practical ability and autonomous learning ability. Through the analysis of practical effects, it is proved that this reform model has significant results in improving the quality of talent training and has good promotion value and application prospects.
