This study explores the integration of educational technology with pedagogical foundations to enhance learning outcomes in higher education. Amid the ongoing digital transformation in universities, the strategic use of technological tools has become pivotal in improving student engagement and academic performance. The research investigates how educational technology, when harmonized with modern pedagogical theories, can create an enriching learning experience and positively influence student outcomes. A qualitative research methodology was employed, combining a comprehensive literature review, case studies of universities implementing innovative teaching practices, and semi-structured interviews with educators. The findings indicate that the fusion of technology with pedagogical principles significantly boosts student engagement and academic achievement. Key tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classrooms, have been shown to enhance the educational experience. However, challenges such as unequal access to technology and the need for effective teacher training persist. This paper recommends the development of continuous professional development programs for faculty, the establishment of equitable access to digital learning tools, and the adoption of flexible, integrated curricula that combine pedagogical principles with technology.
