With the rapid advancement of mobile digital media technology, Augmented Reality (AR) is transitioning from a conceptual framework to an integral part of daily life. This study aims to construct a theoretical framework for AR animation art design within the mobile digital media environment and explore the equilibrium between technical features and artistic expression. By analyzing the principles of AR technology and the characteristics of mobile devices, combined with theories of visual communication and user experience, this paper delves into the core elements of AR animation, such as visual element design and interactive narrative construction, and proposes innovative design strategies that are both technically feasible and aesthetically valuable. The findings provide methodological support for enhancing the visual quality, interactive experience, and commercial value of AR content, promoting a shift in AR animation art design from an experience-driven approach to a scientific development model that integrates theory with practice.
