This paper presents an original pedagogical model for the formation of socially and environmentally aware future teachers through educational drama. It describes the structure and results of the project “How to Make Our City Green”, carried out with 55 pedagogy students and 52 fourth-grade pupils. The participants co-created interactive theatrical scenes addressing ecological issues through improvisation, role work, and Forum Theatre techniques. The pedagogical approach is based on the methods of Heathcote, Bolton, and Boal and follows Kolb’s experiential learning cycle. A combination of qualitative tools – questionnaires, reflective journals, and focus groups – demonstrates a significant increase in empathy, teamwork, and civic responsibility among students. The article provides a methodological framework applicable in teacher training and contributes to the field of educational drama with original practices for integrating interdisciplinary topics in higher education.
