The article proposes the author's concepts of "anti-crisis management mechanisms for the development of territorial communities" and "information mechanisms for anti-crisis management of the development of territorial communities". It is argued that a significant number of territorial communities in modern Ukraine are characterized by crisis phenomena. Information mechanisms for anti-crisis management of the development of territorial communities are basic for the actualization of anti-crisis management. The directions for the formation of information mechanisms for anti-crisis management of the development of territorial communities in Ukraine in war conditions are determined, which cover a wide range of tasks, including: identification and assessment of risks and dangers; formation of an action plan in emergency situations; thematic training of personnel of local self-government bodies (LSG) and the public; formation of an effective anti-crisis team; formation and use of a system for collecting and processing data on the state of affairs in the community; development of a concept for anti-crisis management; development of an anti-crisis communication plan; forming a culture of continuous improvement in crisis management in the community; coordinating the actions of the parties involved in anti-crisis actions; using digital technologies and developing innovative approaches; monitoring and evaluating anti-crisis management measures; defining the mission and values of the development of a territorial community (TC); demonstrating and cultivating anti-crisis leadership. It is argued that it is quite difficult for local governments to implement all these areas in the existing organizational, legal and financial conditions. Therefore, it is proposed to develop a Standard for anti-crisis management of the development of territorial communities at the national level, which would clearly and clearly present all important principles, technologies, methods, tools, etc. As for information support, this Standard would be appropriate to offer templates of documents and information materials for anti-crisis management of TCs, such as a template for the components of the system for collecting and processing data on the state of affairs in TCs, a template for a risk profile for their analysis and assessment, a template for a crisis management plan, a template for an anti-crisis communication plan, etc.
