Against the backdrop of escalating mental health challenges among college students driven by academic pressure, social transformation, and interpersonal complexities, establishing a scientific and effective mental health management system has become a core task for higher education institutions. This study systematically explores the construction framework and practical pathways of such a system. It first analyzes the current status and existing gaps in college students' mental health management, then proposes a multi-dimensional system architecture covering preventive education, risk screening, and crisis intervention. Furthermore, it focuses on practical strategies such as integrating ideological and political education into mental health courses, applying intelligent technical tools, and optimizing the role of counselors. Finally, it summarizes the effectiveness of the system in practice and puts forward prospects for future optimization, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical references for enhancing the standardization and sustainability of college students' mental health management.
