In recent years, Virtual Reality (VR) technology has significantly impacted education, especially in art education. Traditional teaching methods in higher vocational music training have long caused issues like rigid classroom structures, limited interactivity, and lack of realistic learning environments. A new model is needed to actively engage students. Based on the “Art-Science Integration” theory, this study integrates VR into music education, aiming to create an innovative teaching model. Through theoretical analysis and exploration of Art-Science Integration, the research develops practical strategies. It designs teaching plans, interactive frameworks, and tests the model through real-world experiments. Results show that the VR-based model greatly enhances student interest and practical skills, shifting learning from passive to active. Thus, this study provides both theoretical insights and practical guidance for higher vocational music education.
