The purpose of this study is to explore in-depth the experiences of earlychildhood teachers who participated in teacher consulting for early childhood valueeducation practice. This study selected six teachers at a daycare center located inA-si, Gyeonggi-do as participants in the study, conducted basic education,professional education, in-depth education, and consulting for early childhood valueeducation for eight months from April to November 2024, and qualitatively analyzed the data collected from interviews, observations, and workshops, thereby structuringthe experience and growth process of the study participants. The research resultswere found to be four types: 'seed of value, planted by teachers,' ' sprout ofchange from the seed of value,' 'stem of value becomes firm,' and 'waiting for thefruit of value.' In this process, teachers internalized their awareness of valueeducation and experienced difficulties in practice, but they experienced positivechanges in the educational field, developing specific practice capabilities andconfidence. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous practice of earlychildhood value education, cooperation between teachers, and on-site support, andprovides a practical basis for preparing field-oriented policies and educationalsupport plans.
