The disconnection between organizational goals and individual values, as well as the defects in management models, have become obstacles to the sustainable development of enterprises, making it necessary to explore scientific management strategies. This paper focuses on the typical issues in corporate management, including power abuse (manifested as managerial privilege and institutional failure), overemphasis on short-term profits (leading to neglect of long-term development and deviation from core values), and neglect of employees' basic needs (resulting in reduced work efficiency and weakened organizational cohesion). Through literature review, it proposes corresponding optimization paths for company and manager. It emphasizes that managers should possess core competencies such as systematic thinking, empathy, and rule awareness. The study concludes that scientific management models are crucial for corporate sustainable development. The future trend of enterprise management lies in the integration of humanization, intelligence, and flexibility, and the ultimate goal is to achieve mutual benefit between the organization and individuals. Only by balancing organizational efficiency and individual needs can enterprises maintain competitiveness and achieve long-term development.
