Abstract This article, drawing on UNESCO’s 2021 report Reimagining Our Futures Together , argues that three key transitions are crucial for building inclusive, collaborative, and equitable education systems. First, education must shift from exclusion to inclusion, addressing systemic disparities in access and quality. Second, it should move from competition to cooperation, building collective action to tackle global challenges like climate change and the digital revolution. Finally, education must evolve from elitism to solidarity, ensuring it serves as a true equalizer rather than reinforcing existing inequalities. By reimagining education through these transformative transitions, it can become a powerful driver of sustainable and just futures for all.
