This document presents a guiding observation regarding the recurring computational behaviours evident across natural systems. Although the deeper implications of this framework remain experimentally inaccessible, a wide range of empirical phenomena exhibit characteristics typically associated with computation, including discrete transitions, structured information retention, error-corrective dynamics, and the emergence of self-organising, stable patterns. These observations fully align with contemporary physics while collectively suggesting that an additional, presently uncharacterised informational layer may underlie the organisation and persistence of physical structure. This guiding observation is intended as a concise conceptual foundation for further development within the broader Universal Theory of Resilience (UTR) research continuum.
