Informational Cosmology: The Complete Theory and Its Evidence presents the full unified framework in which the universe is described fundamentally in terms of Energy (E) and Information (I). This Master Document brings together every major component of the theory into a single comprehensive publication, integrating conceptual foundations, mathematical derivations, observational analysis, predictions, and experimental tests. The work is organised into two major parts: Part I — The Case for Informational Cosmology This section develops the complete theoretical structure of the framework. It introduces the Sea of equilibrium energy, explains the formation of Bubble Universes through vortex pinch-off, derives the primordial vortex geometry, and shows how cosmic flatness, structure formation, dark matter, dark energy, redshift, and time itself emerge naturally from the Diffusion of Information Hypothesis (DoIH). It also presents the Hunt–Lyra Informational Luminosity Law (ILL), establishing a universal relation between luminosity, temperature, and information flux. Part II — The Evidence for Informational Cosmology This section provides the full scientific and mathematical support for the theory. It includes thermodynamic derivations of the ILL from Landauer’s principle, the exponential informational redshift law, the vortex energy profile, and the information–entropy complement. It offers detailed observational consequences, falsifiable predictions, experimental proposals, and consistency checks spanning astrophysics, cosmology, and information theory. Key predictions for JWST, ELT, Euclid, and CMB experiments are also included. The document concludes with a full Glossary, Equation Index, and general Index to support researchers evaluating the framework. This Master Document serves as the definitive reference for all current and future work on Informational Cosmology.
