Abstract

Decision-OS V7 proposes an operational AGI foundational structure as Aspire × self-recursion on PIC.This addendum is a supplement to V7 and discloses only the minimal necessity of Aspire (entry direction/ownership) and PIC (phase-invariant merge rule), to prevent misreading V7 as an abstract narrative.
