This paper and accompanying Python script resolve the Double Slit Paradox without invoking superposition, many-worlds, or wavefunction collapse. Using the 16/π Geometric Constant, we model the vacuum not as empty space, but as a resonant fluid lattice (The Kish Lattice). We demonstrate that the interference pattern is caused by the particle's "Pilot Wave" (Wake) traveling through both slits, while the particle itself passes through only one. Key Findings: Mode A (Unobserved): The particle "surfs" the lattice vibration, creating the interference pattern. Mode B (Observed): Measurement introduces energy that "dampens" or stiffens the local lattice, destroying the wake and forcing ballistic travel. This document provides the mathematical proof that the "Observer Effect" is a hydrodynamic phenomenon (Lattice Damping), not a mystical one. Includes: doubleₛlitₗattice. py simulation script.
