We present the Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT), a process-based theoretical framework in which mass, gravity, and cosmological expansion emerge from the dynamics of an underlying scalar field coupled to a dimensionless awareness-intensity parameter. The theory reproduces General Relativity exactly in high-density environments while predicting controlled, environment-dependent deviations in ultra-low density regions. These deviations manifest as elastic responses of the metric rather than modifications of the gravitational constant or propagation speed of gravitational waves.MUT provides a unifying interpretation of localized mass manifestation, relativistic time dilation, and large-scale cosmic expansion within a single scalar-field ontology. Observable consequences include a systematic suppression of weak gravitational lensing in cosmic voids, offering a direct and falsifiable test through current and next-generation weak-lensing surveys. The framework is constructed to remain fully consistent with existing Solar System tests, multimessenger constraints, and standard cosmological observations, while extending predictive power into regimes where conventional models remain weakly constrained.
