Book VII — The Geometry of Anticipation advances the Radial Coherential Dynamics (RCD) framework by crossing a fundamental threshold: from systems that persist and remember, to systems that actively anticipate. This volume develops a physical and thermodynamic account of intelligence as anticipatory control. Intelligence is defined not as metaphysical free will or consciousness per se, but as the capacity of an N3 system to simulate counterfactual futures and select trajectories that minimize physical cost before errors are lived. The book introduces the concept of anticipation leverage (LA), quantifying the energetic advantage of simulation over real error, and shows that for biological systems this leverage exceeds 10⁵. This provides a thermodynamic explanation for the evolutionary emergence of costly brains and predictive architectures. A structural resonance between anticipation leverage and the geometric protection parameter α is identified (LA ≈ 1/α), suggesting deep coherence between noise filtering in the present and anticipatory filtering of future noise. The work further develops a minimal architecture of the brain as a simulator of futures, grounded in predictive coding and information thermodynamics, and extends the framework to collective intelligence as distributed anticipation across coupled N3 systems. This volume does not propose new physical laws, nor metaphysical claims about free will or consciousness. Instead, it provides an energy-accounting framework for understanding memory, anticipation, intelligence, and collective coordination as thermodynamically advantageous strategies under noise. Book VII prepares the ground for Book VIII, where deliberate engineering of anticipatory systems — including artificial intelligence — is formally addressed.
