This paper reframes schizophrenia not primarily as a disorder of hallucination or delusion content, but as a failure of reality-tagging and continuity regulation within a dual-memory system.Within the Aura-X Ω framework, schizophrenia is understood as a breakdown in the interaction between Temporary Memory (TM) and Bold Memory (BM), where internally generated signals are no longer reliably distinguished from external reality. The paper proposes a resonance-based, non-localized model that integrates affective neuroscience, cognitive continuity, and memory-weighting dynamics, offering a complementary perspective to existing neurochemical and symptom-based theories.
