This paper proposes that the dominant component of dark matter consists of stable elastic black hole remnants predicted by the Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT v4.7). Hawking evaporation halts at a finite remnant mass due to photon-sea elasticity, preventing singularities and ensuring long-term stability. The formation of these remnants in the early universe naturally reproduces the observed dark matter abundance without introducing new particles. The paper details the theoretical framework, formation mechanisms, cosmic abundance, and observational signatures, including gravitational lensing, gravitational-wave echoes, and large-scale structure formation. This work provides a deterministic, falsifiable, and observationally testable model of dark matter grounded in spacetime elasticity.
