This paper presents MUT Supplement VI (v5.8.10), addressing the Black Hole Information Paradox within the Myo Min Aung Unified Theory framework. The study proposes that information is not destroyed within gravitational collapse but undergoes a phase transition into a high-frequency Background Scalar Field (Φₐ) state. By redefining the event horizon as a Phase-Shift Boundary and introducing frequency saturation instead of geometric singularity, the model preserves quantum information through phase encoding governed by the scalar constant A. Hawking radiation is reinterpreted as decoherence of encoded phase information rather than information loss. This scalar-field-based formulation provides a singularity-free and thermodynamically consistent resolution of the paradox within MUT v5.8.
