Extended Classical Mechanics (ECM) introduces a physically governed master phase transition through which high-frequency energetic states normalize into emergent mass, spacetime structure, gravitation, and kinetic dynamics. Rather than invoking singular origins or explosive creation models, ECM describes cosmic emergence as a continuous frequency-driven transformation constrained by fundamental physical constants. This work formulates the physical meaning of the ECM Master Phase Transition using energy-frequency equivalence at the Planck stabilization boundary, while demonstrating that pre-Planck dynamics are governed by deterministic normalization through an ECM proportionality constant. The Planck scale is shown to function as a transition surface rather than a singularity, preserving finite mass behaviour with only infinitesimal manifestation corrections during early emergence. The manifestation principle −ΔPEᴇᴄᴍ ↔ ΔKEᴇᴄᴍ ↔ ΔMᴍ provides a unified mechanism linking energy redistribution, kinetic emergence, and matter formation across cosmological phases. Energy amplification is driven by frequency dominance rather than mass divergence, naturally eliminating infinite-density conditions. Together, these results establish ECM as a coherent phase-emergent cosmological framework in which physical reality arises through regulated transformation dynamics, offering a singularity-free, physically consistent alternative to conventional origin models.
