This companion simulation to the Prisymphonic Resonance Framework demonstrates "dormant psi" — latent resonant structure that survives dissonance and emerges as measurable coherence (P (t) ) once coupling surpasses a critical threshold. In a Kuramoto model with 20 oscillators, φ-scaled frequencies yield stable summation terms even under high Dᶜ, while P (t) surges sharply as the exponential decay veil lifts. Random frequencies show weaker, less stable emergence. Metrics include PLV ≈ 0. 94, MI ~6. 5× baseline increase, and ER ~73% reduction in tuned systems. The work supports Prisymphony's core claim: coherence is not generated from nothing; it is remembered and revealed through resonance. Full interactive React visualization code is provided.
