We developed an integrated workflow to simplify image data management at the Centre for Cellular Imaging core facility. Our tools streamline image acquisition, upload, and organization in OMERO, while providing users with easy data access. New dashboards and prototype analysis pipelines further support facility monitoring and quality control.
