We present a UV-complete cosmological framework that resolves the initial singularity and the information paradox within the Holographic Corq Model. By extending the T‑Duality symmetry of string theory to the complex time domain, we demonstrate that the Big Bang is replaced by a non‑singular Holographic Bounce at a minimum radius Rmin ∼ √α′. We prove the unitarity of this transition by calculating the Ryu–Takayanagi holographic entropy, showing that the information capacity of the universe remains strictly positive, SHEE > 0, across the bounce. Furthermore, we identify the origin of matter as a topological necessity: the spectral flow induced by the bounce geometry generates a net winding number shift of ΔNCS = 3, providing the irreducible chiral seed for the three generations of the Standard Model. Connecting with the “walking dynamics” derived in previous work (ε ≈ 0.0318), we argue that the current cosmic acceleration is transient, predicting a Cyclic Universe that avoids the heat death. The model yields a falsifiable “Dual Spectrum” of gravitational waves—a low‑frequency acoustic peak observable by LISA and a high‑frequency confinement signal accessible to DECIGO—offering a definitive experimental signature of the pre‑Big‑Bang era.
