Community health centers in Kenya play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to underserved populations, particularly in rural and remote areas where access to medical care is limited. Panel data analysis was employed to examine trends over time, accounting for potential confounding variables such as socio-economic status and geographic location. The panel data revealed a significant improvement in patient recovery rates from chronic diseases, with an average increase of 15% in recovery periods compared to baseline levels. This trend held true across all regions studied. The analysis indicated that community health centers significantly enhanced clinical outcomes for patients, particularly among those living in underserved areas. Based on the findings, it is recommended that further investments be directed towards expanding and strengthening community health centre systems to ensure equitable access to healthcare services.
