Paper 13B in the ABM Blueprint Independent Research Series. This paper translates the Temporal-Object Drama Triangle (TODT; Paper 13A) into a clinical application framework: the Attachment-Drama Casting Matrix (ADCM) Where Paper 13A established the theoretical model, Paper 13B provides the operating manual. The ADCM delivers three practitioner-facing tools: - Diagnostic Assessment Protocol — Zone-identification screening questions, profile classification markers (including countertransference indicators), and SADA-Entropy clinical proxy staging- Four-Phase Intervention Architecture — Aligned with the Hardware-First Principle: Autonomic Floor → ECS Restoration → Pattern Identification → Narrative Integration.
