Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices have gained increasing attention in multinational corporations (MNCs), driven by both regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys was employed. Data collection involved structured questionnaires for a sample of 100 MNCs and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from 20 companies. Findings indicate that while approximately 75% of surveyed MNCs reported implementing CSR initiatives, only about half have conducted formal impact assessments. Themes emerged indicating mixed perceptions regarding stakeholder engagement effectiveness. MNCs in Angola face varying levels of commitment and transparency in CSR practices, with significant disparities observed in their reporting mechanisms and stakeholder interactions. Enhanced stakeholder engagement strategies and improved CSR reporting frameworks are recommended to align MNCs' practices more closely with global CSR standards and expectations.
