AGI Constitutional Framework — Supplementary Note: Mirror Principle as Governance Symmetry, Block Structure, Digital Constitutional Office, and Constitutional Calibration Minimum

Scope and PurposeThis note supplements the AGI Constitutional Framework 1.0 and its Academic Working Paper edition (1.1) byproviding detailed treatment of four elements that are either absent from or insufficiently developed in thosedocuments: the Mirror Principle as a governance symmetry mechanism; the Block Structure for physicalcoordination; the Digital Constitutional Office; and the Constitutional Calibration Minimum with membershipclassification. These elements are integral to the framework's institutional architecture and are referenced in the1.1 edition accordingly.
